SHOWROOM AND SHIPPING
We're open for walk-ins Saturday and Sunday 12-6 and Monday 12-7. If you're in Seattle and want to visit the showroom any other time give us a call. If we're in you can stop by or we can schedule a future appointment.
If you're not in the Seattle area you might want to know how to purchase your new piece of furniture and get it to your house. All of our pieces are available for purchase directly from our site. Over the phone is fine too if you feel like giving us a ring instead. Our prices do not include shipping but you will have a few estimated shipping options at checkout. Please contact us if you'd like an exact shipping quote and we'll try to get you the best rate possible. We do offer combine shipping rates and most small items ship at no cost if you're also buying a piece of furniture. To generate a shipping quote all we need to know is your zip code and if we're delivering to a residence or a business. If you want it, we can get it to you.
All of the items in our shop and home are available for rent. We charge based on a sliding scale that takes into consideration whether you can pick up and return the items, if we will be credited or have access to the staged photos and the size of your business or project. We want to support our local small business partners and we know that you're working on a tight budget.
Our house and shop are also available to rent for photo shoots or events. Our recent Design*Sponge house tour gives a good example of the home, layout and decor. We have a wide variety of furniture to choose from and can stage the space in any manner that works best for your event or shoot. Contact us for rates and availability.
SELL US YOUR STUFF
All of the items on our shop are curated by us. We do not sell pieces on consignment but we are happy to buy outright anything that would fit in with our inventory.

Item measurements - optional
A brief description of the item's age and condition
A brief history of how/where it was acquired - optional
General neighborhood where you live
Whether on not you are able to deliver
How much you would like to get for the item
We love your stuff! Go get your camera. Clean out your basement. Reclaim your garage. Simplify your life.
We hope you love your items purchased from Homestead for years to come. That being said, all sales are final. Please make sure to contact us if you have any concerns or questions about an item before making a purchase. If you're not shopping in the store we're happy to provide more pictures or details to help you feel confident about what you're buying.
We insure all items when shipping. In the rare and unfortunate case of damage we will work with you and the shipping company to help resolve the issue. We do not require a signature for delivery. If a package cannot be delivered because you have requested that service and are unavailable to receive it Homestead will not be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
In the event that you have a change of heart we can offer 50% (of the final sale price) buy back on any pieces in the same condition* as they were when purchased. We are a small business with limited floor space so unfortunately we can't accept full price returns.
