This vintage Boy Scouts of America felt pennant flag represents the West
Suburban Council Camps, Camp Tomo-Chi Chi Knolls, Camp Mach-Kin-O-Siew
and Camp Delavan. The yellow felt is still vibrant and the vintage fonts
are very cool. This piece show age related wear and fading. It was at
one time pinned to the wall so there is a small tear at the tip and
there are tack holes on the navy trim. Please
